Why Should I Marry? I am Happy Single

Kenyan women have been taught by culture and religion that, happiness( a sense of completeness and peacefulness) comes from being married and having children. this has created emotional dependency; depending on a man for happiness. I believe that, God created marriage and culture and religion has used it against women. How can womanhood be a source of pain for a woman? Do she deserve to suffer? This book, helps women to evaluate their emotional vulnerabilities and take steps towards addressing them.

A very relevant book and must read for every woman. Probably many lives lost due to emotional abuse as a result of women marrying out of desperation would have been saved. We applaud you Patricia, for providing a timely solution through your book.

A VERY INFORMATIVE BOOK FOR THE AVERAGE AFRICAN WOMEN. IT IS IMPORTANT TO KNOW WHO YOU ARE AS A PERSON BEFORE YOU GET INTO SERIOUS UNIONS SUCH AS MARRIAGE. WE ARE REMINDED AS WOMEN WE CAN CHOOSE TO BE HAPPY EVEN WITHOUT PARTNERS. I LOVED THIS BOOK!
