Introducing…
Dr Peggy P. Lubinda

Pastor Dr. Peggy Phalalo Lubinda (DrP) is a Motswana from Botswana, originally from Kanye and raised in the settlement of Goo-Kodisa. Growing up in the Goo-Kodisa lands of Marotse, she is a testament to the idea that greatness can emerge from the most unexpected places. Just as the biblical sentiment about Jesus Christ asks, “Can anything good come out of Nazareth?”, Dr. Peggy proves that extraordinary things can come from humble beginnings.
During her early years, she and her peers walked long distances to attend Rungwana Primary School in the nearby Thamaga village, where she excelled academically. After passing with straight A’s, she continued her secondary education at Lobatse Senior Secondary School, where she achieved outstanding results. Her leadership abilities shone through as she served as a prefect, assistant head girl, deputy head girl, and later head girl.
Dr. Peggy’s strong Christian values have guided her throughout her life. She pursued Teacher Training at Molepolole College of Education, earning a Diploma in Secondary Education. She then enrolled at the University of Botswana, where she obtained a Bachelor of Education (Home Economics) with excellent grades. Currently, she is pursuing a Master’s degree in Education, specializing in Research and Evaluation.
Dr. Lubinda has taught in several secondary schools across Botswana and later joined the Botswana Examinations Council, where she currently serves as Research and Design Executive. In recognition of her exceptional contributions to youth empowerment in Botswana and beyond, she was awarded an honorary Doctorate in Divinity by Emmanuel Christian University International.
Passionate about helping young people fulfill their God-given destiny, Dr. Peggy dedicates herself to mentoring, teaching, and empowering them through various platforms. These include youth clubs, music groups, and initiatives such as the Hiding Behind the Mask movement. She conducts training workshops for teachers and students in both government and private schools, demonstrating her commitment to knowledge-sharing and skill development.
Dr. Peggy also champions Purity and Restoration programs, mentoring young girls and boys to lead pure and purposeful lives. Her impact has helped shape young people into successful family members, entrepreneurs, and leaders who positively influence their communities with hope, joy, and strong moral principles.
She is happily married to Bishop Dr. Dithapelo Lubinda from Mahalapye, and they are blessed with seven children and five grandchildren, including a son-in-law and a daughter-in-law. Dr. Peggy is available for counseling, etiquette training, and mentorship for both young and old across the nation.
Dr Peggy is cofounder and director of “Authors Forum” in partnership with Bishop Dr Dithapelo Lubinda PhD DD and Tlotso Lubinda
Dr P is founder of “Your Story Can Change” Foundation..where the counseling, mentoring and translation are done.
Dr Peggy is a country leader for Botswana for Africa Witters Tribe.
