The.Rev.Dr.Victor Ochieng’ is A minister in the body of Christ serving the Anglican church of Kenya .He is born again priest with Apostolic anointing of prayer and scripture teaching. Currently serves in students ministry in schools, colleges and universities where he trains leadership. Victor serves at his local church s.t.stephens ACK cathedral kisumu as Pillar discipleship, youth and Children minister. He is Alumnus of Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology, ULPGL university DRC,Pan African christian university,Great lakes University,ICG institute Lagos and Grace Theological seminary.
