My name is Lydia Chola-Waiyaki. I am a born-again Christian, totally sold out to the Lord Jesus. I serve as an Evangelist, Associate Pastor, and Author.
My writing journey began unexpectedly on an ordinary August morning. I was immersed in my Bible, nestled comfortably in bed, when my world was shaken by a revelation of profound significance. My six-year-old son and five-year-old nephew burst into my bedroom, their faces beaming with excitement. My son exclaimed, “Mum, there were two angels at the gate last night!” He then proceeded to tell me their names: Michael and Gabriel. According to the children, these angels wielded swords made of fire, with Michael’s pointing toward the heavens and Gabriel’s toward the earth. They described the angels as adorned in robes of pure white, with golden sashes glowing in the moonlight.
These encounters continued as Jesus began visiting the children. My son described Jesus’s appearance, resembling the depiction by John the Revelator in Revelation 1:12-16. He radiated light, illuminating his surroundings, and exuded love and comfort. The children were taken on tours of heaven, witnessing the Throne room, the streets paved with gold, and magnificent mansions of various materials and colors beyond earthly description.
Mesmerized by these supernatural experiences, I documented them in a diary, which eventually became my first book titled ‘A Journey with Christ.’ Additionally, the children were shown hell and its torments, serving as the inspiration for my subsequent book ‘Eternity.’
The idea for ‘Eternity’ arose during my participation in the ‘Trumpet Call’ ministry, where I was prompted by the Lord to share insights about the afterlife. Over the course of four weeks, the Lord guided me in developing the book’s content, addressing questions about heaven, hell, reincarnation, the rapture, judgment day, and more.
Through ‘Eternity,’ readers gain insight into life, the afterlife, and prophesied events as foretold in Scripture. The book aims to answer questions about the reality of heaven and hell, the truth of reincarnation, the concept of rapture, and the inevitability of judgment day.
