At 80 years old, Pastor Beth Njogah is still running her race—with strength, grace, and unwavering devotion to the Lord and His people. Age has not slowed her down—it has only deepened her fire. She remains a vibrant voice in the Church and a steadfast hand in the lives of many across generations.
An ordained minister with Deliverance Church Ongata Rongai, Pastor Beth has lived a life anchored in service. With a ministry spanning decades, she has faithfully proclaimed the Gospel, nurtured the flock, and mentored many—always with gentleness and wisdom.
Her passion, however, burns especially bright when it comes to children and young people. Pastor Beth believes that if we are to raise a strong Church and a godly society, we must start early—investing in the hearts and minds of the next generation. She often says that every child is a seed, and what we plant today will feed the world tomorrow. Whether through Sunday School, mentorship, or simply being present in the lives of the young, she has tirelessly poured herself into shaping future leaders.
Before entering full-time ministry, Pastor Beth served for over thirty years in academia, teaching and working in administration at the University of Nairobi, Kenyatta University, and Daystar University. There, she helped shape not just academic excellence but also character and faith in young minds.
Born again in her youth, Pastor Beth has walked with Christ for a lifetime. Her journey is one of unwavering faith—through changing times, through transitions in career and ministry, through generations of growth.
Since joining the ACABA Judging Panel in 2022, Pastor Beth has brought the richness of her experience to the African Christian literary space. Her feedback is always marked by clarity, compassion, and care. She reads with the heart of a shepherd and the eye of a teacher—always seeking to help authors grow in message, truth, and impact.
In a world that often idolizes the new and youthful, Pastor Beth is a living testimony that longevity in service is a gift and a calling. She is proof that one can still burn brightly in the later chapters of life—still serving, still loving, still building.
To Pastor Beth Njogah, we say thank you. For believing in the next generation. For never retiring from your calling. For showing us that faithfulness is not measured in years but in continued obedience.
Africa honours you. African Christian Authors Book Award – ACABA salutes you. And we, at CLC Christian Literature Communications – CLC Kenya, thank God for your life.
