My name is Patrick A. Kizito. I hail from Uganda, am happily married to Faith Kizito, and am blessed with three wonderful children. Our home is nestled in Mpererwe, just a stone’s throw away from the bustling capital city of Kampala.
Professionally, I am privileged to serve as a Pastor, an Author, and a Public Speaker. For the past 11 years, I’ve dedicated my efforts to Scripture Union, where I hold the role of Special Needs & Family Coordinator. It’s a fulfilling journey, supporting and advocating for those in need within our community.
My journey as an author began in 2000 when I embarked on writing my very first book. It proved to be a challenging endeavour, marked by a lack of mentors, and it took me a decade to complete. However, fate smiled upon me when I had the opportunity to reside in the UK and cross paths with a distinguished author from Nigeria. Under his guidance, I finally completed my first book titled “When Destiny Calls” in 2020.
Since then, my literary journey has been prolific. I’ve authored a total of eight books, with four already published. Surprisingly, my initial work remains my best-selling piece, having surpassed 200 copies in sales. However, my most impactful creation is “Parenting your Kids into Greatness,” published in 2017, which has garnered over 600 copies in print, resonating deeply with readers seeking guidance in nurturing their children.
My writing is like a fountain. I move with a notebook and any time I can feel a fountain of words flowing and then I begin to tap it by writing. Sometimes in the middle of a function, and sometimes in the middle of the night, I write most books.
