Irene Birungi Mugisha Atenyi, The CEO: Presidential CEO Forum, Former Principal Private Secretary to His Excellence the President of Uganda.
Birungi serves in a number of capacities as a mother, sister, employee, employer and wife. Her dedicated faith in God serves as a pillar in her journey.
She believes that we are all purposed to be some one who make a difference as well as make an impact that will forever be ones foot print. She is seasoned journalist and broadcaster nurturing her passion to make a change wherever she is destined.
A publisher in the dailies and as a Civil Servant, serving her country is a privilege and it a position of influence that has purposed her school of though in servant leadership.
She is a Co- Founder and Director to a successful PR & Communications Firm in Uganda that boasts of 14+ years of existence proving loyal customer service.
She is the Founder of the Presidential CEO Forum an initiative that links the private sector with government.
Her years of continued service under different backgrounds from the private sector to the public sector shapes her thought process into an excellent hard working personality with an agenda to thrive using her experience as strategist and lobbyist.
As an author to the book titled – The CEO in You a Change Maker, sharing her journey into Excellency: how passion drives productivity. Irene, in her line of career she prides her self for strategically transforming organization’s through customized corporate solutions.

Knowing and following Irene, she wrote her life. Thank you Irene for walking the talk, you have always inspired me but the “CEO IN YOU” reignited the CEO in me. Your book is a great read for everyone who is intentional about personal growth.
A wonderful book to help unleash the potential in each one of us which has been bestowed in us by God. It is an antidote to some of us who suffer from inferiority complex; the likes of Moses (Exodus 3:1-12), Gideon (Judges 6:1-16) and Saul (1 Samuel 9:1-21). I do recommend the book as it is quite a good reading material as it will give the push required in life.

This book is a great read, very well written, and extremely interesting. The content gave me an insight into your cultural norms, life and attitudes. I appreciated the chapters of your humble beginnings.
I quickly realized i cannot rush through it. Every page you turn, wants you to absorb every word and meaning and leaves you wanting more.

In the biblical account of man’s creation, God said lets us make man in our image so as to rule over birds, fish, animals and all living creatures. God created each human being to be a ruler.
