“Impacting lives with Christian literature”

Shero by Grace

Although she came from a dysfunctional family, her mother was hard working, determined and wise. Although they were needy and had to live through difficult circumstances, Julianne Susanne was focused, disciplined and intelligent.

By God’s grace, she is where she is today and looking forward to greater heights. In SHERO by Grace, Dr. Julianne Susanne Otim looks back at how she waded through troubled waters to becoming a University lecturer, Pastor’s wife, mother of three and shero to many.

‘Shero by Grace’ was born of a desire to share the many lessons she has learned along the way and a conviction to encourage young people to work hard, be focused and trust God to fulfill the good plans He has made for them.

It is a testimony that He will bring every individual who trusts Him to the destiny he has prepared for them.

Parents, buy ‘Shero by Grace’ for yourselves, the parenting lessons therein are priceless and for your children to be inspired.

Young adults, this is your book; you will be encouraged by Julianne Susanne’s tenacity and by the gracious ways God led her and provided for her and how he continues to use her today. He did it for her, He can do it for you.

Congratulations Jullianne for this awesome book, “Shero by Grace” and how you have enlightened us God’s children to press on to our best in life. Many a times we may find ourselves at crossroads where we don’t really know or understand what we were ordained here for. And as we read this book, God will grant us the grace to press on to the very best of our purpose.
God’s blessings my dear sister and servant to His vineyard. And for accepting His call.

Shero by Grace
wow
purposed in all odds

As the scripture says; God alone will have that supreme role. “He changes times and seasons; he removes kings and sets up kings; . . . the Most High rules the kingdom of men and gives it to whom he will” (Daniel 2:21; 4:17). “’I will accomplish all my purpose’ — from the smallest to the greatest.

Thanks for these parenting nuggets through thy publications

Why I wrote “Shero by Grace”?

Several years back, I had noticed that during conversations with different people, the same questions kept coming up. How do you manage to develop your career and take care of your young family? How do you manage people’s expectations of you as a Pastor’s wife? How do you keep up with the demands of church ministry while also climbing the academic career ladder? Are you able to pay attention to your young children? How do you keep all these balls in the air without dropping any? When I first begun to hear these questions, I had my own struggles and frankly, I could not answer them. I was taking it one day at a time as I figured out how to manage. There were seasons I felt overwhelmed and pulled apart by multiple responsibilities. I did not know how to make it through. So my simple answer to these questions back then was, I live one day at a time, with gratitude to God for making it through each day. I told myself that if I ever figured out answers to these questions I would share them. Years later, when I came to the realization that I had found ways that were kind of working for me, I felt ready to write about them. Using an unlikely set of circumstances, that is, illness followed by surgery, then sick leave God granted me an opportunity to write Shero by grace and share my life experiences. It’s my conviction that there is a Shero/ Hero in each of us that God intended for us to be and I wrote Shero by grace inspire:

·     Women – that despite any cultural limitations your determination and hard work plus God’s grace will bring you to a blessed life

·     Parents – with suggestions on how to bring the best out of your children regardless of your circumstances and also encourage you that your sacrifices make a difference in the long run even when it may not be apparent in the moment

·     Children to dream big and keep discipline

·     Young people to tenaciously pursue those big dreams while trusting God

Dr Sussane,
I am delighted having come across you as my Pastress to start with, your Christian inspiration to individuals as well as the ministry is a grate asset to society at reach and around the world.
I cherish her personal conduct and devotion to the living word of God, she exercises purity in her daily service a character above ordinary, she has never forgotten her motherliness and mentorship calling that makes her cautious in her routine service but above it, always labouring to fulfill her purpose of creation in the service ministry of Christ Jesus
My love and respect for you great woman of God
Be blessed and remain a blessing

Sincerely yours
@esther.nakusi
