Acts 17 verse 24-28
The God who made the world and everything in it is the Lord of heaven and earth and does not live in temples built by human hands. 25. And he is not served by human hands, as if he needed anything. Rather, he himself gives everyone life and breath and everything els. 26. From one man he made all the nations, that they should inhabit the whole earth, and he marked out their appointed times in history and the boundaries of their lands. 27. God did this s that they would seek him and perhaps reach out for him and find him, though he is not far from anyone of us. 28. For in him we live and move and have our being. As some of your own poets have said, we are his offspring.

The are times in our lives where we feel overwhelmed by many challenges and maybe our busy schedules shift our focus to the Lord, but today I want us to see the importance of keeping our position to the Lord no matter what we are going through in our daily lives.
The word here tells us that the Lord we are serving is the Lord who created the world and everything in it was created by him, even us we were created by him from one man Adam all human being was birthed. Our Lord is the giver of everything meaning that when we are in him we have everything, we can do everything (Phillipines 4 vs 13: I can do all things through him who gives me strength). Nothing is impossible when we are in him.
Life may not favor us at times but we are the children of the most high God. We can ! yes we can do everything when we are in him because nothing defeats our God..

Vs 28 says For in him we live and move and have our being. Children of God when we are rooted in the Lord no matter what is the present situation in our lives right now, let us strive to be in the right position and remain in Christ Jesus the author and the finisher of our lives.
Let’s be in him because in him we live and move and have our being. If we’re not in him we can do nothing, let us position ourselves and be in him at all times Amen
