She has a nurturing spirit, enjoying time spent with children and working as a horticultural farmer.
Professionally, Mabel is an administrator and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Midlands State University.
She is also a Certified Public Speaker.

Healing or hiding? is both a journey and a conversation. It is a tool to help you discover, uncover and recover from unhealed pain. While it may subside, unresolved pain has a way of resurfacing, often causing greater harm. This book invites you to dig deep into the unsaid and avoided issues that shape your life.
Through these pages, you will uncover the root causes of your emotional pain, take ownership of your healing process and learn to walk a new path. Writing this book required immense vulnerability. At times, I wrestled with discomfort about sharing my thoughts and experiences so openly. However, I came to realise that this is bigger than me – it is for those who need this journey of healing.
