Behind every action is a motive and behind every motive is inspiration, behind every inspiration is a spirit in operation, whether of God or His enemy, our enemy, the devil and what he seeks to do which is steal, kill and destroy. Through studying the life of Laban (a dishonest and oppressive person in the Bible), we learn the different ways with which the thieves of potential operate in an attempt to stifle others’ growth and well-being. We learn how to handle people of this kind and win against their hold over our lives.
I Ain’t Leah
In this book you will find the life of a misguided womab who then became a victim of her circumstances but moreso, bought into the system that worked against her and went along with it. A misguided woman can easily mishandle herself, be misused and abused. Such became the fate of the woman who has inspired this book. Before I mention her name, I want it known that she has replicated herself in many females who find themselves in the same environment as she grew up in, enduring the same misfortunes and heartbreaking happenings that then shaped the way they perceived life. With that belief system prevalent in their souls, they continue to make the same decisions that cause them to fight against the set favourable norms, leading many to drownings and near drownings. This book has come to rescue you.
I have endeavoured to practically share and expose Leah’s life in order to save many from going down her road, quite a dark road. I once shared with a good friend that, ‘choosing the path of all things working together for your good and neglecting to employ wisdom where you can is tantamount to foolishness.’ In this beautiful book is great wisdom and insights to inspire a new breed of special women who won’t allow themselves to defend dysfunction and perpetuate self-destructive behaviour, this exposing the next generation of women to the same pains.

I Ain’t Leah is my favourite of the two. Provoking a deep sense of self awareness through the lens of God particularly for women, to be assertive and stand up for righteousness in every sphere and daily choice. Watch out for Laban is an eye opener of things and people that seek to steal key elements of the things God has instore for us, to be wary of the schemes of the evil on on a day to day basis. Enthralling, engaging, provoking, liberating and arming is how I can best describe both books.

Watch out for Laban is a gem. Many a time when we read through texts, even Scripture, we miss the gravity of the message being relayed. For one, this book brings to light the damage made to Jacob’s relational life by the schemes of a man imposing loveless, lifeless daughter on him.
