It’s unbelievable how depression at our workplaces is until you read this book. The author effectively connected individual life experiences with how they influence personal lifestyles, life decisions, and overall workplace dynamics. It is mind-boggling to see how someone can be misdiagnosed due to prejudicial mindsets from the very professional health care providers, thus adding salt to the life wounds individuals go through. Most importantly is the lessons learned from the author, giving out elaborate and practical guides on how to handle oneself in the context of mental health conditions, especially in the workplace.
It’s indeed a worthy read.
