He clearly recognised that had he not been given an opportunity, his output would never have been enjoyed by the world he served with such great dedication.

It is a challenge for those who like to load it on others and, in the process, stifle the growth of other leaders. Even though Ivan is long gone, his leadership legacy lives on.
