He is the founder and team leader at Shaping Destinies Consultancy. He is passionate about mentoring, equipping and empowering the boychild to find his identity and fulfill his God given purpose in all facets of his life.
Kagondu Jnr. is a certified counseling Psychologist with KCPA, a mental health consultant, Transformational Coach, Corporate Trainer, & Speaker, Team Building Facilitator & A boychild Empowerment champion. He is the founding director and Lead Consultant of Mi d Care Africa. He is currently serving as the vice chair global business roundtable future leaders’ kenyan chapter,Ethics advisory board member of the global fund for Jesus, Board of management of several schools and in academic communities.

I purchased sex and teenagers for my son but needed to read it first before handing the book to him and Ohh my! I got hooked and did not put the book down until I finished reading it, it blew my mind! The narration very well rounded with scriptures and statistics.
I cannot wait to get hold of the ” becoming a man” book next.
