About the Author
My name is Erina Faith. I’m a child of God, working out my salvation with fear and trembling. I’m blessed with a wonderful family—married and a proud mother of two beautiful young adult daughters.
Professionally, I serve in the banking sector, specifically in digital channels, where integrity, diligence, and customer service are core. Beyond the office, I am a minister of the gospel, serving as a women’s leader and worship leader in my local church. At work, I also co-lead a virtual, interdenominational Christian fellowship—an opportunity I cherish deeply.
I enjoy reading and spending time with family and friends. My passion is to uplift and inspire the girl child to live up to her full potential.
About the Book — 10 Times Better
This book draws inspiration from the biblical story of Daniel. It brings together insights from his life and short speaking notes I used during 5-minute devotionals at work. Together, they offer simple yet powerful strategies to build a mindset of excellence.
It’s a compact, easy-to-read reference that encourages readers—no matter their stage in life—to align with God’s purpose, cast a forward-looking vision, step out of comfort zones, and pursue excellence as their personal brand.
The book reminds us that God, the Master Artist, has a master plan for each of us. It’s ideal for all ages and designed to be a quick, practical companion for daily life. I believe God will use it to transform lives through a renewed mindset.
My Writing Journey
I always knew I would write a book—I just didn’t know how or when. Looking back, I see how my life experiences were shaping that dream all along.
As a child, I loved writing letters. Being shy and introverted, writing became my safe way of expressing thoughts. Later in life, I took a course at the Personal Development Institute that helped clarify my purpose: Inspiring excellence through communication.
During a Personal Mastery class at work, I reflected on why I once wanted to be a nurse like my mother. I realized it wasn’t the profession—it was the pristine white uniform and the image of excellence it represented.
Soon after, a senior manager—also an author—invited us to join a writers’ mentorship class. It was the second and final cohort, and I jumped at the chance. By the time we completed it in 2022, 10 Times Better was born.
This journey has only just begun. I’m excited to walk it with fellow writers, nominees, and the amazing CLC/ACABA family.
