I am called to be a leader in business, coaching and mentorship. I do this by leading an investment company that I started in September 2019 that has grown year after year even during the covid-19 pandemic scare. I am glad I have been able to see Forteleza grow from 4.7m Portfolio Company to 13.25m in the 2021-2022 time periods.
As a business coach and mentor, I have been able to work with other business owners helping them overcome business challenges and use barriers to growth as fuels for innovation and sustained growth.
I mentor and coach through writing articles and books that share my thoughts. I write to educate, entertain and challenge my readers.
CLC has been instrumental in my journey as an author. It helped me publish my first book Life is like that, power of life contradictions as a novice author. Indeed, that first export of printed content to Swaziland happened through CLC Kenya.
The ACABA awards for me gave me validation of the content that I create through my writings and books that indeed they have value and I need to relook how I position them in the market place. The review of Who are the Top billionaires a winner in ACABA 2022 under the business and finance category has helped me revamp the book into three parts. The first part will have inspirational stories of who are the top billionaires in Africa (12 stories). Part two will have the few dollar billionaires who fell off the rankings and why. Part three will have 3 stories of young entrepreneurs that have capacity to reach the dollar billionaire status in future as an encouragement to budding entrepreneurs.
The ACABA award has given me visibility, authority and bragging rights as a self published author. This gives me confidence to keep writing and sharing for indeed it is a calling.
