The church is meant to be a place that exemplifies Christ. A place of solitude, grace, love and healing. When that is not there, it leaves one disgruntled and even more hurt than when they went there. Thank you Virginia for sharing this book with the world. A very healing book for those who have gone through church hurt and feel alone.

You have said it well with a very good illustration through your book cover Virginia. Creating awareness and way out of toxic and abusive church systems is a very relevant area in today’s world full of toxic practices and believes. I believe your book will be an eye opener of the truth that people must face as a reality and find a way of escape. Congratulations for your nomination.

Congrats Virginia! Very apt topic!

The church has become so consumed with itself and filthy lucre that it’s completely lost direction!

Most of the church leaders have completely gone against the guidelines given in 1 Timothy Chapter 3.

True, Kamau, however not all is lost. there is still a remnant. As we create awareness of the issue we also extend grace for restoration.

Virginia’s “The Bride Breaks Free” is a tool in the master’s hand to beautify HIS beloved Bride the Church. Jesus laid down his life to present the Church to himself as a glorious church without a spot or wrinkle or any other blemish. Instead, she will be holy and without fault. Ephesians 5:27 NLT. I recommend this amazing book to both Church leaders and Christians. Congratulations Virginia on your nomination for the ACABA award
