You Can Be Much More Than You Are

Cute ginger kitten plays with reflection

We usually have two types of people, the ones who think they are ok,

They are good enough, they are doing just fine and don’t need to improve on anything,

But in reality, even if you don’t think you are that bad, you still need to improve,

Because as long as you are breathing, living, you can always be better.

Arise from your stagnation.

Stagnation is when you aren’t moving forward or backward, anyway.

Stagnation often occurs when you are in your comfort zone.

The way the brain is programmed is that if all is going well

Then there isn’t a need to progress,

If you are comfortable right now, then what’s the point of disrupting that comfort?

Comfort zone comes in when you think there is no room or no point in improving.

Those who think they are good, so they don’t need to be better.

Those who think they are bad, and think they are a lost-cause.

Both of these attitudes are bad, because no one is beyond the arms of help,

And no one is so good they don’t need to get any better.

If you are bad, get good, if you are good, you can do better,

And if you are doing better, it still isn’t your best.

But the truth is, you can be so much more than you are right now,

Comfort zone causes stagnation because it is fueled by one lie, “I don’t need to improve.”

When you settle on that fact, you are going nowhere significant in life, because why bother.

All the best things in life come when you step out,

When you get out of that comfort zone.

So right here, right now, let’s agree on something.

There is always room for improvement.

As you go along this journey, there is always room for improvement,

Just outside your comfort zone.

There are foundational tools you need to get out of stagnation,

Tools to get out of your comfort zone and how to always improve.

What tools are you utilizing?
