Bill Dindi; Youth Pastor, Dean of Students-International Leadership University

Bill Dindi is the Dean of Students and Community Life at the International Leadership University-Kenya, where he also lectures in the Schools of Leadership and Theology. He serves as the youth and young adults pastor at the River of God Church in Parklands, Nairobi. In addition, he holds the position of Regional Director for International Students’ Engagement in English and Portuguese-speaking Africa (27 countries) for the Lausanne Movement. Bill is also the Africa Director for Leader Impact-NEXT, an organization that helps young professionals grow personally, professionally, and spiritually.

Bill has previously served as the Student Ministry Director at Life Ministry Kenya for seven years and was part of the team overseeing Campus Crusade for Christ’s student ministry in 24 countries across Eastern and Southern Africa for five years. He is the co-founder of Apologetics Kenya, a ministry that equips believers to make a case for Christianity in the public square and engages skeptics.

He holds an undergraduate degree in Environmental Science and Community Development from Kenyatta University and a Master’s Degree in Transformational Leadership from the Global Academy for Transformational Leadership, where he also serves as an adjunct lecturer. Additionally, he holds a Master of Arts Degree in Biblical and Theological Studies from the International Leadership University. Bill is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Intercultural Studies at Biola University in California, USA.

His interests include discipleship, identity formation, apologetics, and intercultural communication. Bill is married to Nancy, and they are blessed with two sons and a daughter. They live in Nairobi, Kenya.
