Climbing Out of the Grind: A Coach’s Tale of Transformation & Empowering Others to Find Their Greatness

My name is Andrew Ssaazi. I am an Author, Productivity, and Life Coach who’s worked in the Insurance and Banking Industries. As a Keynote speaker and seminar leader, I address many people in different industries in different areas of life. An author of three self-help books; Confident Mind (with Johnnan N. Ruvuza), The Homework of Potential Greatness, and HIRED (Get Your Dream Job with Ease). I have also researched, written, and spoken widely on the subjects of Productivity, and Personal and Professional Development where I have worked on topics such as Decision Making, Strategy, Negotiation, Imagination, Creativity, and Success Psychology.

I run a bookstore called St. Andrew’s Bookstore in Kampala, and I also do insurance business. I am a proud father of two- Alex Ssaazi and Angella Ssaazi, and we reside in Kampala, Uganda. The Homework of Potential Greatness will show you principles and practices of how to develop the confidence and competence to become the very best version of yourself. It will show you your roadmap to reaching your ideal greatness.

My inspiration for writing this publication was the talks I used to give to university students and fresh graduates.  It’s common that people in this category very quickly lose hope and focus when they finally interact with the world after school. The environment soon sabotages young people’s dreams and drains their energies as well. So, the book helps to realign a dejected reader’s dream and guides them into a new focus and commitment to ensure they realize their imaginations in such a chaotic world

A little about my publishing journey. My first book Confident Mind sold just 50 copies in six months. But it gave me a big learning experience about writing and publishing from the responses of readers. The next publications were a great improvement. I’ve also learned to talk about my works and how relevant they can be whenever I get an opportunity. My major satisfaction is seeing that my books have made the intended impact to readers. That is experienced whenever I receive the exact feedback for which my intention to write was. For example, for HIRED, I have tremendous responses from people who used it to get opportunities. I encourage us all to keep publishing and sharing our works to as many platforms and circles as possible. Our works impact people and society at large.
