Mr. Njuguna Irungu is a Bachelor of Science graduate in Environmental Science from Egerton University. He has over 15 years of experience in the corporate world working in the Banking Industry in the capacity of Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) & Sustainability Specialist. Besides, he has trained in customer experience, relationship and family wellness and therapy. Njuguna is enthusiastic, natural, warm and a friendly individual who loves working with people across all levels; He is multicultural-aware, sensitive and adept at working across multiple geographies. Njuguna started his writing career while at Egerton University where he served in the Editorial Committee for the University’s Christian Union (C.U) magazine. He also served as the Mission’s Coordinator for Murang’a Region C.U fellowship. Njuguna honed his writing skills while working as a teacher of English and literature, in Murang’a County. His debut manuscript was, ‘Groping in the Dark’. His immense desire in training, coaching and mentorship as a way of giving back to the society, skills and knowledge transfer and influence people in the positive strongly motivate him. His writing cuts across fiction and nonfiction to include personal development books on real life issues including love, sex, family and marriage relationships; creative storybooks in environment and social issues; and edu-entertainment material. Mr. Njuguna runs ‘Therapeutic Experience’ initiative dedicated to helping people lead a feel-good-life by becoming more aware of themselves and mindful persons by blending soul, mind and body self-care and wellbeing activities. The main objective being to build exceptionally healthy relationships with friends, family and colleagues. The program blends the 8 wellbeing dimensions (social, physical, emotional, career, financial, environmental, intellectual and spiritual) to design wellness and self-care interventions customized to meet specific needs. Njuguna is a trainer, coach and mentor in relationship, marriage & family education. He is married and is blessed with children, mentees and protégés. Njuguna is the author of ‘Erotism, sex and intimacy; a complete guide on making love for a healthy sex life for married partners’; and ‘Customer Experience, the Competitive Battleground’
