Sell me a Prayer

Jay Karo is a towering figure in matters of faith as his son Noel aspires to be.  Noel’s confidence is shaken when his father and founding father of Woodlands City Congregation dies suddenly.  His father’s closest ally Pastor Seth turns his back on him and splits the congregation moving on to start another church.  As a result, Noel has to begin again and build his own spiritual legacy even as numbers continue to diminish at the church to an all time low.  He is faced with the option of using tricks and brainwashing gullible members of the populace to make money or stay true.  Noel discovers that being in a city congregation is anything but a walk in the park as he confronts challenges like urbanization poverty and illiteracy, black magic, race language and epidemic of greed for money facing the Christian faith from a Kenyan and African context.
