2023 Prize: CLC Kenya Print-on-Demand Gift Voucher (Kes 10,000)

Terms and Conditions:

  1. VALIDITY PERIOD: (i) The gift voucher is valid for use within 12 months post-gala. (ii) This gift voucher will automatically expire on the day before the next gala. 

  2. REDEMPTION: (i) The gift voucher may be redeemed for POD printing offered by CLC Kenya’s POD facility at the prevailing price at the time of redemption. (ii) The order must be for the standard print-run of 50 copies and above. (iii) If the print order value exceeds the amount of the gift voucher, the remaining balance must be paid by another form of payment.

  3. NON-REFUNDABLE: (i) The gift voucher cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. (ii) The value of this gift voucher will not be reimbursed if unused or used partially – any unused balance will not be returned or credited. 

  4. NON-TRANSFERABLE: (i) The gift voucher is non-transferable and may only be used by the original recipient and only for the books already submitted in ACABA pre-gala. (ii) The author must have included the feedback from judges to improve on the quality of the book(s). 

  5. EXCLUSIONS: This gift voucher is not valid during the annual sale or with any other discounts and promotions. 

  6. CANCELLATION: The gift voucher may be voided by CLC Kenya/ACABA if any alterations or unauthorised endorsements are detected.

  7. MODIFICATION OF TERMS & CONDITIONS: CLC Kenya/ACABA can change the terms and conditions of the gift voucher at any time without prior notice and and continued use of this gift voucher constitutes acceptance of such changes.
