The African Christian Authors Book Award (ACABA) recently hosted a special Authors Training & Empowerment session dedicated to celebrating the ACABA Legacy Awards 2024/2025. The evening was not merely an awards ceremony; it was a sacred moment of honour, reflection, testimony, commissioning, and global connection. It brought together African Christian authors whose books have demonstrated excellence, depth, beauty, impact, and the potential to serve generations.Facilitated by Dr. Muthoni Omukhango, the session celebrated authors who had been recognised under three key Legacy Awards: the Ken and Bessie Adams Legacy Award for Content of the Year, the Kenneth N. Taylor Legacy Award for Book Cover of the Year, and the George Verwer Legacy Award for Program of the Year.These awards are named in honour of men and women whose commitment to Christian literature, Bible accessibility, missions, and global discipleship continues to bear fruit across nations. Through the ACABA Legacy Awards, CLC Kenya seeks to honour African Christian authors whose books are not only well-written, but also carry messages that can heal, disciple, awaken, restore, instruct, and transform communities.
