What inspired me to write this book was the fact that most of us grew up with zero or limited information around Money. As a result we find it difficult to maneuver our way around money. Our relationship with money is very wanting. We find savings, budgeting, investments or getting out of debt overwhelming. Money lessons are very important and the earlier they start in life the better as lessons learnt early in life tend to stick for a lifetime. However, it is never too late for us as adults. We can always start from where we are.
Personal Money Nuggets is a curated workbook that puts together years of financial and money coaching that i have conducted in various forums. In the workbook, i offer to walk with you on the path of personal finances and get the necessary work done. In addition, i provide you with tools to discard the excitement of buying a new book or embarking on a new project or venture. The idea is to ensure that there will be progress in the right direction when you review your finances six months or 12 months down the line. This workbook will be your guide and accountability partner – the reminder that your financial success is a journey and not a destination. With this journey, you will work to:

Set SMART personal Finance goals
Develop a savings discipline as life skills for individual livelihood and business improvement.

Regarding my authorship journey, I had not known that I am an author before the COVID 19 lockdown. Before COVID, I had just started teaching children and teenagers about money and I had just rolled out the Money Lessons for schools program, which was a heavy calling on me. When the lock down happened, my family and i found ourselves in the worry and anxiety that came with it. After around a month, I could not have my bed anymore, I just woke up and felt that I could put the content I was teaching in schools in a book. That is how my first book was born.
From here, God kept dropping book after book into my mind, ‘Personal Money nuggets’ book being my 5th title and still counting. I really thank God for the Authorship grace and favor.
