After the launch of my first book in the year 2013, the Lord put a burden in me to stand in the gap and contribute meaningfully in the fight against corruption by writing the book End of Corruption. This really shocked me and i had several questions running through my mind; Where do I start? How do I connect with the Government Agencies and other stakeholders? What kind of content should I write? Will Kenyans appreciate this unique and rare kind of book? As I kept asking myself these questions, the burden kept growing and I knew that the Lord needed this work done. I finally took the bold and courageous step of writing.
The journey was not easy. Perusing the scriptures from Genesis to Revelation and relating the messages to the fight against corruption was not a walk in the park. Finding the correct editor to suit the vision and transcribe the message vividly was another mountain. I experienced challenges from one editor to another. Finding the correct title for the book was a challenge. For years, I personally had several titles which I was not comfortable with. In fact, I resorted to tasking the editors to beat their minds and find a suitable title, Still, my heart was reluctant to pick any of their suggestions.
Deep in my heart I knew that the LORD had something precious in store for the world, but it was not coming. I was frustrated. One evening, we had a family talk about the book title. Surprisingly, my seven-year-old boy whilst jumping on the sofa shouted, “Daddy when I write my book on corruption, I will call it End of corruption” Immediately my wife and I screamed with joy, “This is it, Hallelujah!” We were all certain that the LORD had finally spoken. Thus, the title of the book was birthed.
End of corruption is a six-chapter treasure of a timeless message which reveals God’s astonishing involvement in the fight against corruption. It profoundly answers most confounding questions regarding money and corruption. The book has a rich uniqueness. It is rare, magical, and extraordinary. It contains simple, clear and authentic anti-corruption messages. It hosts three categories of Holy Books, the Bible, Qur’an and Gita.
The book speaks expressly on money and wealth in depth and helps us draw the boundary. It is not critic – does not disapprove anybody nor contain blame game tactics. The book debuts the anti-corruption Hall of fame – these are personalities who displayed exemplary traits in the fight against corruption. It is a knowledge chip and motivates individual responsibility in the fight against corruption. The title of the book itself gives us hope beyond hope that the war against corruption can truly be won. The book condemns and demonizes corruption in the strongest terms possible.
This is the book that the world has been waiting for! This is the answer to slaying the deadly demon of corruption! The launch of this book was graced by Honorable Chief Justice and President of the Supreme Court of Kenya, Ethics and Anti-corruption Commission Chairman, several key government and private agencies, Religious leaders and key individuals amongst others. I glorify God for His grace and favor. This treasure was launched on the 21st July 2022 at All Saints Cathedral, Nairobi
