My name is Carrie Rosa Nzova and I am 17 years old. I was born in Mozambique as my parents were missionaries there and we moved back to Kenya in 2010. I am about to finish high school next year.
My writing journey began at a young age of 5years with the desire of reading, which became my favourite thing, and I do that everyday. I can truly say that God gave me the gift of journaling and writing from a young age and I have written many short stories but never managed to finish.
It was during the covid -19 season that God impressed on my heart to write a story and finish it to the end.
My first book is called ‘Journey to Friendship’ and is the first in my series named Blue Lake High. It follows a teen girl, Hazley who begins her own walk with the Lord. And the message of the story is the importance of starting your walk with the Lord and surrendering your life to Him. This theme is very close to my heart.
