I first thought about writing at age twelve, when an English composition I had written was declared the best overall in my class of over forty students. In awarding marks for the assignment, our English teacher commented that I had “good command of the English language”. Though I didn’t quite understand what this meant, I figured I must have done something right, and the words stayed with me for years.
It however wasn’t until I began blogging in September 2015, as an adult, that I actually put those encouraging words to use. I have since really enjoyed writing and, in particular, receiving feedback from readers who have been encouraged or otherwise touched by my writing. I have authored three books to date, and continue to endeavor to write relevant, impactful stories for my readers.
