Blessings Kemunto Ongeri is a passionate writer who loves reading, drawing and writing. Her writing journey has been marked by the incredible gift of writing that became clear at a young age when she could occasionally surprise her family with special letters/ notes and drawings that pass special messages expressing her love, appreciation, well wishes and welcoming letters whenever one is coming from a journey or a trip. The gift kept growing when she began documenting all the bible lessons and memory verses she was learning from Sunday school, family devotions, personal Bible study, and church and even at school which has led her to write her own book, “Journey through the Bible.”
Blessings is now 11 years old in grade 6. Her debut book, “Journey through the Bible” showcases Blessings deep love for God and his word. She guides the children to explore the bible through the exciting bible stories and activities and inspire them to love God with all their hearts, soul, minds and strength. She shares timeless God’s special love for children, the big story, and the awesome plans God has for them.
Blessings too when she is not reading or writing enjoys hose chores, helping around the house to cook, and clean. Through her writing, she has become a great role model to her peers and her young sibling.
