My name is Kalenga Augustine Mulenga aka K.A. Mulenga. I started writing when I was 10 years old and my passion was reignited by my 11-year-old son in 2020. To date, I have self-published over 40 children’s books, each with an important life lesson and captivation and colourful illustrations.
My short story, Striving To Be Number One won a Creative Writing Contest in April 2021.

His writing journey started back in 2014 the Lord had spoken to him on same year about 2 Corinthians 9:11, but he got clarity in 2018 to start having these notes and zoom into giving and everything pertaining to Finances. In 2021 the Lord spoke about taking people out of debts and prospering them through the book and mainly the scriptures from the book of Luke 4:18-19. Then back in 2022 he compiled all of this work and the speaking of the Lord as a book, because his senior at church, Pastor Mthembu said it is an inheritance to worship God and we have to fight and make sure that all we can do is to worship Him.

Robbie The Raven and Debbie The Dove

Robbie the Raven and Debbie the Dove offers a unique take on one of the most well-known and popular of the Bible stories. Viewed from a refreshing new angle as seen through the eyes of two high-flying friends, the story addresses the importance of patience, obedience and trusting in God, even when (or especially when!) we don’t know why He is asking us to do certain things for Him.
Using the bravery and obedience of two little birds to illustrate its point, this story teaches children how they need never ever feel alone in the world and how God can use even the smallest of His creatures to do important things which affect the whole world, if we only allow Him to!

David The Great King

This delightful story is a delightful rendition of a well-known Bible story that teaches children important lessons about courage in the face of adversity and not allowing oneself to be restricted by one’s limitations. Young readers will enjoy the main protagonist’s sense of adventure and will be inspired by David’s example to always stand up for what they believe in. The story teaches them that age, size and social stature do not need to be limitations if one believes in oneself and keeps God close to one’s heart in all that one does.
