Florence Mghoi Mlambo is a passionate writer, speaker, and advocate for empowering women through faith and storytelling. With a bachelor’s degree in actuarial science and an MBA in Global Value Chains, Florence brings a unique blend of analytical thinking and creative insight to her work.
Florence’s journey in ministry has been marked by leadership roles at Christ is the Answer Ministries (CITAM), Karen, where she has served as the Youth Leader, leading the Campus Students Fellowship and the Young Ladies Fellowship for women aged 18 to 30 years.
Currently, Florence is actively involved in the Media and Youth Ministries, serving as a church worker and contributing to the spiritual growth and development of the congregation.
Outside of ministry, Florence is an experienced risk advisor with a strong network across Sub-Saharan Africa. She specializes in bespoke research, political analysis, market entry analysis, forensic investigations, due diligence, and risk monitoring in sectors like finance, natural resources, agriculture, and international development.
In addition to her professional endeavours, Florence enjoys writing, walking, playing golf, and delving deep into God’s word. She has a passion for studying scripture in depth and mentoring others in their spiritual journey. Her debut book, Her Legacy Lives, showcases Florence’s deep insights, vibrant storytelling, and dedication to empowering women.
