The Gems of Healthy Living aims to explain health from a lay man’s point of view for a lay man to understand. The book explains health devoid of any medical jargon that would otherwise intimidate the reader and cause his/her lack of understanding of this very crucial part of life.
The resources I’m sharing in this book are born from a passion of wellness and garnered over many years of research, study, experiments and practice. I do not in any way intend to disgrace or replace the specialized training and professional judgment of health care professional and experts, but I seek to enhance what we already know from conventional medicine in a bid to have you enjoy total all-rounded wellness. My focus is on preventive functional care of our health and wellbeing.

I will always recommend any book covering maternal and parental guidance. This is that book!
On the day this book was launched it had impact before it was opened by the readers. I remember women that had had lost unborn babies through miscarriage or other causes. I was shocked at how many they were. And healing happened to many. It is painful to lose a child and it is a blessing to see the Gospel of peace brought in by Jemmimah to encourage afb walk with such women including those nursing pregnancies.
Everything Jemimah writes is from the heart and a mark of true authenticity! Anyday!

This book was so timely. I was in my first trimester when I got it. The scriptures kept me grounded. When I was too exhausted to even say a prayer, I would read the prayers there and I was soo blessed. I would highly recommend it to all mums.
